We appreciate your feedback regarding our flawed puzzle. Rest assured; this puzzle is not defective. Due to the size of the puzzle, our manufacturing process requires two to four separate die machines to cut the puzzle and blend the two sides. While every effort is made to perfectly align both sides, the completed image is often slightly uneven along the line where the two sections connect.
